Timothy’s: Volumizing Glycolic Shampoo for fine and thinning hair

  • PROTECTS HAIR FOLLICLES: The antioxidant and anti-inflammatory Alpha Lipoic Acid protects the scalp from toxins in styling products and pollutants in the environment.
  • NOURISHES SCALP: Proteolytic enzymes in Aloe Vera repair the scalp’s dead skin cells. It reduces itching and prevents dandruff.
  • STRENGTHENS HAIR: Glycolic Acid can easily penetrate the scalp and interact with keratin to make hair less prone to breakage.
  • ADVANCED FORMULA: The scientifically designed, dermatologist developed formula helps create stronger, shinier, and healthier hair.
  • FOR ALL HAIR TYPES: The Glycolic Acid Shampoo works well for different types of hair and scalps, and for both men and women.

The advanced formula, developed with a dermatologist, contains a mix of Glypoic acid, Salicylic acid and Aloe Vera. The Glypoic complex is a balanced mix of glycolic acid and alpha lipoic acid. These compounds are well documented to improve the health of the scalp and the quality of hair. The small size of Glycolic acid molecules helps them penetrate the scalp easily. It interacts with the keratin and aids in protecting the strands from breakage, thereby making the strands stronger. The Salicylic acid improves the scalp health. It protects the scalp from the harmful effects of free radicals and toxins that can build up in it due to continued usage of hair products and exposure to pollutants. It is also effective in preventing dandruff and remedying a dry scalp. Timothy’s Volumizing Glycolic Shampoo also includes Aloe Vera that works like a soothing agent for the scalp. It also helps in strengthening the hair strands and conditioning them, bringing back the shine that had been lost to frizzy hair.

Not for color treated hair!
Written by Marcia on Jul 6th 2020

I loved the way this shampoo made my hair feel, but unfortunately it isn't for color treated hair. It stripped the color out of my hair.
